To better serve our patients WE DO NOT accept walk-ins.  Appointments only!

Patient Care Services Provided

1. The Free Clinic provides physician consultation, health education, limited tests and referrals to a specialist.
2. There is no charge for services, including specialty care and tests by referral.
3. The Free Clinic also has an on-site pharmacy.  Prescribed medications are provided at no charge.​​

THE CLINIC DOES NOT PROVIDE CONTROLLED MEDICATIONS

• No  health insurance
• 18 -65 years of age
• Genesee County resident
• Current Michigan ID
• Social Security card
• Proof of income:  W2 - tax return -IRS transcript of wages
• Within monetary limits in chart below
